Ice cream "Artik yoghurt with caramel paste




for the basics:
250 ml cream 38%
500 g of yogurt 1.5%

for syrup:
1 cup of sugar
1 \ 2 glasses of water
1 \ 2 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 \ 2 cans of caramel paste "Lotus"

12 plastic disposable cups
12 wooden sticks

Cooking:
Apply caramel paste to the walls, bottom of cups with strokes (optional).
Put in the freezer.

Syrup:
in a small saucepan, combine water and sugar and let it boil.
Add lemon juice and cook until sugar is completely dissolved.
Cool it down.

Whip the cream until fluffy, add the yogurt and mix.
Add 3/4 cup of syrup and mix until smooth.
Pour into cups, insert a wooden stick and put in the freezer.
In order to get the artic from a cup, we lower it for a minute in hot water and remove it.
