Baby Carrot Salad



10-15 pcs baby carrots (you can take the usual)

sauce:
olive oil
lemon juice
2 cloves of garlic
salt
ground black pepper
greens (I took cilantro, you can take the mint)


In a saucepan give boil water, add a little olive oil, thyme sprigs.
Add carrots and boil for 5-7 minutes or until soft carrots.
Fold back on a sieve, let it drain, cool.
Mix together butter, salt, pepper, chopped garlic, lemon juice.
If the carrots are not sweet, add some honey.
Put the carrots in the salad bowl, fill with sauce, sprinkle with greens on top
