Cake based on "Layer Cottage"

with a very tasty and beautiful cake which consists of puff tubes filled with canned cherries in combination

Why based on you ask? Because it is assembled in an unusual form for this cake not in the form of a triangle but a circle.
And I congratulate all those celebrating the Old New Year with the holiday!


False puff pastry:
2 и cups flour sift and cool
200g margarine freeze
200 g cold sour cream
1 tsp salt
50 g sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp vodka

Filling:
2 cans of canned cherries (cherries) without stones
sugar

Cream with condensed milk:
150 g soft cream butter
200 g of condensed milk
250 g of cream 38%

Cream with cream:
250 ml cream 38%
sugar to taste

Form diameter 24 with removable sides

Dough preparation:
Sift flour on the table, grate margarine on the grater and with 2 cold
chop knives to crumbs.
Separately mix the egg, sugar and salt and sour cream.
Pour the resulting mass into a crumb and chop it again using knives.
Collect the dough in a ball, wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

Filling:
drain the liquid from the cherries and let it drain well, mix with sugar (to taste)

Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
Divide the dough into 14 identical balls (while working with one we put the rest in the fridge)
Roll out a 6 by 25 wide strip from each ball.
in the middle of the strip lay out the cherry and well pinch the ends from all sides.
So do the rest of the dough.
The form is covered with baking paper.
The resulting tube is rolled up in a spiral and laid out in the middle of the form, the other tubes are laid out
further in a circle (to get a snail).
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Fully cool on a wire rack.

Cooking cream with condensed milk:
Beat soft butter until fluffy light mass gradually adding condensed milk.
Separately, whip cream with sugar and mix gently with butter.

Assembly:
