For the round "Dried fruits in savory dishes" in the community gotovim_vmeste2

1 chicken weighing 1.5-2 kilos
baking bag

For filling:
1 1/2 cups cooked rice (I took basmati)
4 pitted prunes (cut into small pieces)
4 dates without pits (cut into small pieces)
1/2 cup dark raisins
3 tbsp cedar nuts
4 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/4 tsp finely chopped chilli (optional)
salt to taste

for chicken grease sauce:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
5 tbsp date silane
1 tbsp Moroccan paprika in oil
coarse salt
1/4 cup water

Cooking:
boil rice in salted water until ready (the main thing is not to boil dry)
In a bowl, put together all the ingredients for the filling:
rice, dried apricots, raisins, dates, parsley, chilli peppers, pine nuts.
Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
My chicken and wipe dry.
Fill the stuffing, we pin the abdomen with wooden toothpicks.
Rub the chicken on all sides with the sauce and place it in the baking bag, close it.
Bake for an hour and a half.
Put the rest of the rice after the chicken filling; put the chicken on it on a dish and pour it over
the juice that was formed.
We put for 10 minutes in the oven.
