Cookies "flower with nut filling"





for the test:
250 g soft butter
100 g of powdered sugar
1 protein (40 g)
2 cups + 2 tbsp. Flour 9300 g)
1/3 tsp salt

For filling:
50 g butter
50 g sugar
2.5 tbsp glucose or honey
50 g hazelnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (without skin)


First you need to prepare the filling:
In a small saucepan, combine butter, sugar and glucose together and heat to a boil and dissolve the sugar and butter.
Pour chopped nuts and seeds, mix.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and pour the filling in an even layer.



Dough preparation:
combine butter with powdered sugar, add protein, sifted flour and salt.
Place the dough in a pastry syringe with a nozzle and deposit it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper cookies


Fill the middle of the cookies with the nut mass.
Bake in the oven heated to 160 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Cool it down.
