melt the butter and mix with honey.

Cooking:
In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, semolina, yeast, sugar, salt.
Add yolks, gradually adding water, mix all with a mixer until the consistency of dough for thin pancakes.
Cover with food film and put in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Before frying, grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour it into the middle.
Fry on one side

Contrary to the author of the recipe Ekaterina D from say7 which says that the pan does not heat, and then I did not cool it and everything turned out fine.

Ready pancakes served with sauce.
