300 g flour
150 ml warm milk
50 g butter
12.5 g fresh yeast
6 grams of salt
200 g mashed boiled potatoes

Boil potatoes, peel and mash hot in mashed potatoes.
Sift the flour into the mixer cup, add fresh yeast and mix well with the flour.
Add soft butter, warm milk and knead the dough. Add salt and at the end
mashed potatoes.
Knead for 5 minutes, the dough should be soft.
Roll the dough into a ball and put it in the mixer cup and in a warm place until the volume doubles.
The oven is heated to 220 degrees.
Knead the dough and roll it into a layer 0.5 cm thick



Cut the circles with the mold (I made small ones with a diameter of 5 cm)
We spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper



and bake in a heated oven for 15 minutes or until they turn golden.
After baking, you can grease with garlic butter and sprinkle with coarse salt.

You can also bake focaccia in a pan.
Cutting the cake we see inside the emptiness like that of a pita, it is very convenient to stuff salads.
The size of the cake can be made different, but I really liked the small ones.
