
winter has come (we certainly don’t feel it) it’s time
cook New Year's sweets.
I started with chocolate crescents cookies according to Yulia’s recipe
180 g flour
175 g butter
80 g sugar
2 yolks
100 g almond flour
50 g cocoa
1 vanilla pod (I took vanilla extract)
vanilla sugar or powdered sugar
Whip butter with sugar until air mass, add yolks, vanilla.
Sifted flour and cocoa, knead the dough.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
To form small crescents from dough, thinly shape the ends so as not to burn.
Put on a baking sheet covered with paper bake for 10 minutes.
Still warm sprinkle with sugar or powder.
