Donuts with chocolate coating



Our celebration of Hanukkah continues, which means donuts, donuts, latkes are fried.

for 20 donuts we need:
for the test:
3 1/2 cups flour (500 g)
1/2 cup sugar (100 g)
1 tbsp dry yeast (8 g)
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
100g soft diced butter
1 cup of warm milk (240 ml)

for frying:
1 liter vegetable oil

for chocolate coating:
120 g chocolate
1/2 cup of cream (120 ml)
40 g butter

for decoration:
colored candy

Dough preparation:
Sift the flour into the mixer cup, add sugar, salt, yeast.
Everything is good to put together.
Add egg, butter and gradually pour in milk.
Continue to knead the dough for 10 minutes so that it is smooth and soft.
Roll the dough into a bowl and put in the bowl of the mixer oiled.
Put in a warm place for 1 hour or until it increases in two.

Molding and frying:
roll out 1.5 cm thick dough.
Cut mugs with a diameter of 8 cm
inside the circle cut another circle with a mold with a diameter of 3 cm
spread on baking paper, cover with a towel and let it walk for 30 minutes

Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan (preferably wide).
When checking with a wooden stick, bubbles should run over it, this means butter
is ready.
We fry donuts from two sides, ready to lay out on a paper towel.

Cooking chocolate coating:
heat the cream to a boil add butter and chocolate, stir well
until smooth.
Donuts on one side to dip in the icing and put on the grid
Sprinkle with candy.
