Filbertina cookies

140 g ground hazelnuts
190 g flour
110 g soft butter
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cardamom
100 g sugar
1 big egg
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt

Sift flour, add ground nuts and leave 2/3 cup for powder.
Add salt, cardamom, baking powder and mix.
Mix butter with sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
Combine with dry products and knead the dough.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Heat the oven to 175 degrees.
Roll out small balls of dough and roll them in nuts and bake for 15 minutes.
Can be stored in the bank for a month.
