Gingerbread Gingerbread Cookies

Delicious, fragrant and crispy cookies.

400 g flour
200 g of honey
100 g sugar
1 egg
2 tsp gingerbread spice recipe here
2 tsp soda
1 tbsp. Molasses

Cooking:
Heat the oven to 190 degrees.
Honey, sugar and molasses slightly heat and stir.
Add the egg all mix well.
Sift flour, add soda and spices well combine.
Add flour and knead smooth dough.
Roll out thinly 0.5 cm thick and cut out the figurines.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
Cool on a grill.
