Mini sougane (donuts) with sugar and cinnamon



Donuki recipe was tested today for the upcoming Hanukkah holiday
which do not need to fry in vegetable oil, and need to bake in the oven.
It turns out very tasty.

on 50-60 pieces with a diameter of 5 cm
4 cups flour (560)
1 tbsp dry yeast (8 g)
1/4 cup sugar (50 g)
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of warm milk (240 ml)
120 g soft butter
1 egg

For powder:
sugar + cinnamon

Melt 100 g of butter

Dough preparation:
Combine an egg with sugar in a mixer cup, add warm milk, yeast,
salt, vanilla.
Add 2 cups of sifted flour, diced soft butter. Sprinkle the rest of the flour and
Knead smooth, soft dough for 5 minutes.
We form a ball dough. Put it in the mixer cup and close it with a film, put it in a warm place.
for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough should increase in two.

Molding and baking:
crush the dough and roll it into a 1.5 cm thick layer.
Using round molds with a diameter of 3-5 cm, cut circles



Put them on a baking sheet covered with paper.



Cover with a towel and put in a warm place for 20 minutes.
The oven is heated to 200 degrees.
Bake donuts for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
In another bowl, melt the butter



Donut dipped on one side in butter, and then in sugar.
