Salad with shrimps and salmon



for 4 servings we need:
300 grams of thin slices of salted salmon
4 eggs
3 medium potatoes
2 carrots
2 fresh cucumbers
200 grams of cooked small shrimp
salt pepper
mayonnaise

for decoration :
red caviar and greens

Cooking:
boil potatoes and carrots, eggs until ready, peel.
Cut diced carrots and potatoes, cucumbers and white part of the egg.
Grate the yolks.
Mix together boiled vegetables, cucumbers, shrimps and protein.
Season with mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste.
Put the salad on a dish in the form of a hill and cover with thin slices of salmon.
Sprinkle the dish with a yolk sprinkle with greens and garnish with red caviar.
