ALMOIXÀVENA (MOIXÀVENA) - ALMOUSHAVENA



Today I saw this wonderful recipe from Larisa larik_malasha ,

It turned out very tasty and the case for 5 minutes


200 grams of water
100 grams of vegetable oil
130 gr flour
4 eggs
a pinch of salt
vanilla (optional)

for powder:
sugar
ground cinnamon

Cooking:
The oven is heated to 180 degrees.
Pour water, vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and boil in a saucepan.
Remove from the heat, add flour and mix with a wooden spoon until dough is formed.
One by one to insert the eggs after each well connecting.
Add vanilla at the end.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper (we have good quality and therefore there is no need to oil it).
Put the mass on the paper and evenly smooth it to make it a thin layer.
Combine cinnamon and sugar together and sprinkle evenly the dough.
Bake for 30-40 until golden brown and dried tops

The dough will be raised with bumps when baking is normal.
