Avocado Salsa



for 4 servings:
2 avocados
1 purple onion
2 green onions arrows
1 chili pepper (optional)
2 tbsp lime juice
cilantro
salt pepper

Avocado cut in half, cut into cubes and carefully remove with a spoon from the skin.
Finely chop two types of onion, hot chili pepper and cilantro.
Add lime juice, salt, pepper.
Mix and fill the avocado boats and serve them chilled.
