Bukhara rice with greens and ground beef




very tasty, fragrant and not at all troublesome

we will need:
1.5 cups basmati rice
0.5 cups vegetable oil
2 finely chopped onions
0.5 kg ground beef
3 glasses of water
1 -2 bundles of cilantro (the more the better)
just over half a teaspoon of salt

cooking:
Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion in it, add the mince and stir-fry for several minutes until it changes color.
Pour a glass of hot water, make the fire smaller, cover with a lid and allow to boil for half an hour.
Wash rice and allow to drain.
Finely chop the cilantro, add to the minced meat, add rice, salt, pepper, 2 cups of hot water and stir.
Cook over high heat so that the water is gone almost all.
Cover with a lid, make the fire at minimum and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat, cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
