75 ml of milk
60 ml of vegetable oil
1 bag of vanilla sugar (10 g)
1 bag of baking powder (10 g)
80 g sugar
300-350 g of flour
filling:
500 ml of milk
2 tablespoons of vanilla pudding (to be cooked)
100 g sugar or to taste
any berries at will (I took raspberries, red and black currants)
Dough preparation:
In a mixer cup combine cottage cheese, milk, butter, sakha, vanilla.
Sift flour with baking powder and add to curd mass.
Knead the elastic dough.
Cooking toppings:
in a glass of cold milk, dissolve the pudding
boil the rest of the milk and gently pour in cold milk,
stirring constantly, boil over low heat until the mass thickens.
Transfer to a bowl and cool.
Heat the oven to 170 degrees.
Roll the dough into a rectangle. Brush with pudding. Sprinkle the berries on top.
Wrap in a roll, cut into pieces 4 cm wide.
Grease the form with oil and fill it with snails.
Bake for 40 minutes or until tender.
