1-2 onions
parsley
4-5 eggplant long but not large
2 large tomatoes
3-4 small tomatoes
salt, pepper, spices to taste
vegetable oil
toothpicks

Cooking:
Large tomatoes pour boiling water and leave.
Remove the skin and puree in a blender.
Peel the onion and cut it into 4 pieces or half rings.
In a pan, fry the onions until golden brown, add the tomato, chopped
fine greens, spices, salt.
Stew for 7 minutes on low heat.
Pour the prepared sauce into a refractory dish.

Combine ground beef, finely chopped onion and greens, salt, pepper, spices.
Minced meat form small patties roll them in breadcrumbs and fry slightly.
Eggplant cut into thin long plates, salt and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the formed liquid, dry the plates with paper towels and fry
on vegetable oil from two sides.
You can also bake eggplant plates in the oven so that they become soft.
Cut tomatoes into circles.
We spread the cross on the cross two plates of eggplant in the middle of the cutlet.
Close the edges of the eggplant and put a circle of tomato on top, fix it with a toothpick.
Spread in a refractory dish on tomato sauce and bake in pre
heated oven to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes
