225 g sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar (20 g)
150 g butter (room temperature)
250 g flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp ground cloves

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour, baking powder in the bowl, add the cloves and mix the cinnamon.
In a bowl, mix eggs with sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Add the butter while kneading.
Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Fill out the form in half.
Slice the plums into thin round slices and insert them into the dough, giving it a rose shape.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the stick from the cake comes out dry.
