Vanilla Buns with Strawberry Jam



fragrant, fluffy yeast buns with strawberry jam and icing

2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
20 g fresh yeast
3.5-4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt

icing:
1 cup icing sugar
2-3 tablespoons hot water

Dough preparation:
Melt the butter with milk, sugar, vanilla, eggs.
Stir well until smooth.
Sift the flour into the mixer bowl, add the yeast, salt and mix.
Add liquid and knead for 10 minutes until smooth, elastic and soft dough.
Roll into a ball, put in a mixer cup, cover with a film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place.
The dough should increase in two



Molding:
knead the dough, separate a piece of about 150 g.
Cover the bottom of the form with baking paper.
From a small piece of dough roll out a rectangle the size of the bottom of the form,
lay out on baking paper



From a large piece of dough, roll out a rectangle measuring 30 by 40,
brush with jam, not reaching the edge of 2cm
