Matsa Stuffed Cheese



Fast, tasty kids like it.
Products:
Matzo
egg for batter
mats flour
vegetable oil

Filling:
soft cottage cheese (guinean levana)
grated hard cheese
Bulgari cheese (salted, cubic cheese, softly crumbling, any kind of substitute)

a pinch of ground nutmeg

Plate matza dipped in water (cold) and wrap in a wet towel, let it limp.
To cut in half.
Put the stuffing on the end of each half and roll it up.
Beat the egg with a fork and add the flour, salt and mix well to make the batter.
Dip dipped in batter and fry.
