for 13 cupcakes we need:
225 g flour
100 g of powdered sugar
2 tsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 big egg
150 ml of milk
50 ml. vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 snickers (57 g each) cut into pieces
For cream:
400 ml cream 38%
sugar to taste
1 snickers cut into pieces
Caramel Sauce:
125 g cinnamon sugar
2 tbsp water
75 ml of cream 38%
25 g butter
13 aluminum molds + 13 paper cuffs
Cooking cupcakes:
All ingredients must be at room temperature.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Sift the flour, icing sugar, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In another bowl combine egg, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
Add dry ingredients and mix.
Add sliced snickers into small pieces.
Aluminum cups filled with paper cuffs.
Fill the form in half and bake for 20 minutes.

Caramel Sauce:
